As the CEO and Founder of Laughing Women, Jite has created a platform and community that has directly supported over 100,000 women and young people from underrepresented backgrounds to access personalized opportunities.
Through her ventures Tobams Logic, Tobams Colors, Rare Eat, and Collxx, Jite has also helped over 10,000 young entrepreneurs from underrepresented backgrounds to access opportunities in technology and sustainability.
Jite’s dedication to creating positive change extends beyond her entrepreneurial pursuits. As a board member, she has played a key role in shaping the foundation’s 5-year strategy to develop young people and future communities. She has also spearheaded the Carbon Innovation Fund, which aims to tackle the climate crisis by reducing greenhouse gas emissions
