Dr. Ona Newton is a global educator, innovator, strategist, social impact leader, and

With a DBA in Business Model Innovation from Warwick University and executive leadership training from Harvard, she has dedicated her life to pioneering future-ready solutions in education, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and leadership across the globe.
As the Founder and CEO of Tobams Group, Dr. Newton leads with a vision to empower over 1 million talents, creating cutting-edge solutions in talent development, entrepreneurship, and AI- driven education platforms.
